Account Management

3.1 Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your a1111 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share this information with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Personal Ownership of Account

Each a1111 account is strictly personal. Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is completely prohibited. If multiple accounts are operated within a family or on the same device, a1111 may request additional verification.

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed; however, funds tied to pending bets or active bonus conditions will be forfeited. a1111 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the event of a Terms violation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on a1111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on a1111 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

Each user may not use any single promotional offer more than once.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or the same identity will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
a1111 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities
